1. You need to first be a National H.O.G. Member. There are two different memberships and forms; Local Chapter and National (see below for National Membership info). National form is available on their website here 2. To join the local chapter: Local Membership form is here (.PDF) Please fill out and print the membership form. -- Lake County HOG Chapter Annual Dues are: Full - $20.00, Associate - $10.00 -- Checks should be payable to : Gator Riders, Inc. -- You may pay in cash or check. -- Applications by mail must be paid by check, do not send cash. - You may submit your completed membership application at a Lake County HOG chapter meeting or mail to: Lake County H.O.G. Always check the HOG National Website for current information about their membership) Any Harley-Davidson motorcycle owner can become a full or full life member of the Harley Owners Group. Associate memberships are designed for the passenger of a full member. Note that all memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full Membership A full membership is good for one year. It entitles the member to all of the benefits and services of the Harley Owners Group. Full Life Membership Full life members are entitled to all the benefits of a full member, as well as a special life member patch and pin. Associate Membership Associate members are entitled to a number of benefits. Every associate member must have a sponsoring full member. Associate Life Membership Associate life members are entitled to all the benefits of an associate member, as well as a special life member patch and pin. Every associate life member must have a sponsoring full life member. Automatic Membership A one-year full membership is automatically issued to the purchaser of a new unregistered Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Local chapter membership dues are not included with automatic membership. |
